• API usage is subject to rate limits and licensing terms in your Order Form or Master Agreement.

IP & Content

We retain all rights in world models, datasets, code, and documentation. Licenses are non-exclusive and revocable for breach.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

State of Ohio law, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue: Hamilton County, Ohio.
